Drinks are available for collection twice a week, the days will be publicised in due course.



How long do your drinks last for?


  • Our stuff is all handmade and fresh, so no rubbish life extending chemicals and all that.

  • We advise you to stick the stuff straight in the fridge (make sure to have a cheeky sip first) and keep for no longer than a week but to be honest with you, We’d be shocked if you didn’t finish them straight away.

How am I supposed to drink them?


  • However you please, we’d suggest having them as a warm shot (Yes, shot...make it a double...or triple with whipped cream), another good shout is half a mug, topped up with milk then warmed up...makes for a delicious bedtime drink.

  • Or you could have it as part of a long drink or straight and cold.

  • However you have it, take it easy. This stuff as as tasty as it is strong.


How do I find out what products will be coming up?


  • We’ll try to announce what we’re making as soon as we’re 100% sure on it, Sometimes we’ll make products that you’ve been asking for, Sometimes we’ll bring back classics or just create random completely new products.



Are your packs available all year round?


  • If only it was that easy, our packs are available for order 1-2 weeks before notable dates or holidays and for a week after….to be honest, who would want a Valentines special for Halloween?


What is a “pack” and what does it consist of?


  • Good question, It isn’t that obvious I guess . A pack will usually consist of two or more bottles, sometimes we might have a seasonal twist to the flavours or maybe just a nice card or something.


Are your products tested on animals?


  • Nope, wouldn't you go jail for getting an animal drunk anyway?


Nuts? Gluten? Organic?


  • Sorry but our drinks are made in a kitchen which isn’t nut free and some of our ingredients do contain gluten plus we don’t have a farm (yet) or any organic suppliers, sorry...again.


Are there dairy or lactose free alternatives?


  • No, but we are working on some recipes.


Do you deliver outside of London?


  • Currently, our products are only available for collection only.


What’s the alcohol percentage?


  • We are not entirely sure (That’s scientifically sure) but according to our unofficial check somewhere in the thirties.


Can I merge my order if I order one product one day and another product another day?


  • To ensure freshness, we make the drinks within 24 hours of an order being made. This does mean that once an order is placed it’s very difficult to add extra items and guarantee all products will be available for collection together.


How can I submit an idea?


  • Just tweet us @_THHB or send us an email via the contact page with “New Idea” in the subject area, if we like it and it’s feasible…..we will send you a sample bottle.


Who shall I contact if my order is delayed?



Can I return the product if I no longer want it?


  • Why the hell would you not want it? do you know how amazing these drinks taste? That said because our drinks are perishable we can’t accept them back on the basis that you’ve changed your mind.

  • Once the controlled conditions are broken, particularly in regard to temperature, there are a number of external factors outside of our control which might affect the quality of the product. Therefore, unless the product is faulty we can not accept return of these products.
